Karen is a Maine native with strong ties to MDI and love of Acadia. After raising her family in Montana and working on ranches, she moved back to Maine 2010. With a desire to change careers and spend more time hiking and traveling with her husband, she trained at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2016.

Marsha is a Bar Harbor native with a strong connection to Mount Desert Island. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000, led to the massage field by the desire to have a relaxing job. In addition to massage she practices meditation and Yantra Yoga, all working together to help relax the body and settle the mind. She believes that a relaxed body and settled mind are a necessity for health and well-being.
Karen, originally from Chicago, has lived in Maine since 2010. She came to Bar Harbor to work seasonally and quickly fell in love with the beauty of Acadia National Park and decided this place would be home. When she's not at Massage Bar Harbor she is teaching yoga classes, playing in the park or managing her business, Acadia Yurts in Southwest Harbor. One of her favorite quotes is by Jim Rohn, "Take care of your body, its the only place you have to live". That quote is what drives all she does in her own practices and influences what she offers to others!

She believes that easing these somatic constraints with thoughtful soft tissue work can increase physical and mental well being. Donna is inspired by the uniqueness of each individual, the way our structures adapt as we journey through this world, and the strength and resilience of the human spirit. She is blessed to be raising her family on this beautiful island.
